1. What exactly is Global Champs Services? 

We’re a competition platform created to help students discover and showcase their 

talents in subjects like Math, Science, English, Coding, Robotics, and more. Think of us 

as an arena for the mind, where learning meets challenge, and where champions are 

made. 

2. Who can participate in your competitions? 

Any student with curiosity and courage! Our events are typically designed for grades 

Pre-Level–12, with categories tailored by age and skill level. Check the specific event 

details, there’s likely a perfect fit for you. 

3. How do I register? 

Easy! Just click the “Register Now” button on any competition page. You can sign up 

as part of a school team (Coordinators, Teachers, Admin, and Accountants). You’ll need 

basic info (name, grade, school), and for team events, a teacher or parent coordinator 

usually helps. 

4. Are your competitions online or in-person? 

We offer both! Many of our events are held online so students from anywhere can join. 

Some larger finals or special competitions may be hosted online. Every event page 

clearly states the format, so you’ll know what to expect. 

5. Is there a fee to participate? 

Some competitions have a small registration fee: 1000 to cover materials, certificates, 

and others costs. 

6. How are winners chosen? 

Fairly and transparently. Every competition is judged by a panel of educators or subject 

experts based on clear, shared criteria, whether that’s test scores, project quality, 

creativity, or problem solving skills. We take integrity seriously. 

7. My child is nervous about competing. Any advice? 

First, we get it, it’s normal to feel nervous! Encourage them to see it as a learning 

experience, not just a win-or-lose moment. 

8. What if we miss a deadline or need to cancel? 

Life happens. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. 

9. Do participants get anything besides a trophy? 

Absolutely. Every participant receives a certificate of participation. Winners earn 

trophies, medals, and cash incentives. But beyond that, they gain real-world skills, 

feedback, and a boost for their academic portfolio. 

10. Can schools get involved as partners? 

Yes, and we love school partnerships! Only teachers and coordinators can reach out to 

us for bulk registrations. Let’s build champions together.
